This package contains command-line programs, services and a daemon for
manipulating control groups using the libcgroup library.

General Commands (Section 1)
cgclassify
this command moves processes defined by the list of processes (pidlist) to the given control groups. The pids in the pidlist are separated by spaces
cgclear
