An image building executable using osbuild

A local binary for building customized OS artifacts such as VM images and
OSTree commits. Uses osbuild under the hood.

General Commands
image-builder	Build operating system images from a given distro/image-type/blueprint
image-builder-build	Build the given image-type, e.g. qcow2 (tip: combine with --distro, --arch)
image-builder-describe	Describe the given image-type, e.g. qcow2 (tip: combine with --distro,--arch)
image-builder-list	List buildable images, use --filter to limit further
image-builder-upload	Upload the given image from
image-builder-version	Print version information
