ZCHKGL

Purpose:

 ZCHKGL tests ZGGBAL, a routine for balancing a matrix pair (A, B).

Parameters

NIN

          NIN is INTEGER
          The logical unit number for input.  NIN > 0.

NOUT

          NOUT is INTEGER
          The logical unit number for output.  NOUT > 0.
