ZCHKEQ

Purpose:

 ZCHKEQ tests ZGEEQU, ZGBEQU, ZPOEQU, ZPPEQU and ZPBEQU

Parameters

THRESH

          THRESH is DOUBLE PRECISION
          Threshold for testing routines. Should be between 2 and 10.

NOUT

          NOUT is INTEGER
          The unit number for output.
