surl_setopt man page
surl_setopt — sets an option on a SURL
void surl_setopt(SURL *surl, char *optionname, char *value);
surl_setopt sets the value of a specified option. If a null pointer is given as the value, the option is set to a blank string to avoid confusing callers of surl_getopt.
surl_setopt() has no known bugs.
