      rfio_readlink - get the content of a symbolic link

      [1mrfio_readlink [22mgets the content of the symbolic link identified by [4mpath[24m.

      [4mbuf[24m content is not null terminated.
      Symbolic link content can be truncated to [4mlength[24m if [4mbuf[24m is too small.

      This  routine returns the count of bytes placed in [4mbuf[24m if the operation
      was successful or -1 if the operation failed.  In the latter case, [1mser-[0m
      [1mrno [22mis set appropriately.

      [1mENOENT       [4m[22mpath[24m does not exist.

      [1mENOMEM       [22mInsufficient memory.

      [1mEACCES       [22mSearch  permission  is  denied  on a component of the [4mpath[0m

      [1mEFAULT       [4m[22mpath[24m or [4mbuf[24m is a NULL pointer.

      [1mENOTDIR      [22mA component of the [4mpath[24m prefix is not a directory.

      [1mEINVAL       [4m[22mpath[24m is not a symbolic link or [4mlength[24m is not positive.

      [1mENAMETOOLONG [22mThe length of [4mpath[24m exceeds [1mCA_MAXPATHLEN [22mor the length  of
                   a path component exceeds [1mCA_MAXNAMELEN[22m.
