IZAMAX
Purpose:
IZAMAX finds the index of the first element having maximum |Re(.)| + |Im(.)|

ZX
ZX is COMPLEX*16 array, dimension ( 1 + ( N - 1 )*abs( INCX ) )
INCX
INCX is INTEGER storage spacing between elements of SX
