tests if two expressions are strictly identicals.

Parameters

Expr1

First expression.

Expr2

Second expression.

Description

isablequalexpr compares Expr1 and Expr2.

Return Value

if Expr1 and Expr2 are strictly identicals isablequalexpr returns 1 and 0 otherwise.
