AuFixedPointFromSum - make a fixed point value

Specifies the integral value for the fixed point value.

b

Specifies the fractional value for the fixed point value.

AuFixedPointFromSum constructs a fixed point from the two arguments.

AuFixedPointFromSum is implemented as a macro.
