tend evec -c <c0 ...> [-t <thresh>] [-i <nin>] [-o <nout>]

-c <c0 ...>

which eigenvectors should be saved out. “0” for the largest, “1” for the middle, “2” for the smallest, “0 1”, “1 2”, “0 1 2” or similar for more than one (1..3 ints)

-t <thresh>

confidence threshold (float); default: “0.5”

-i <nin>

input diffusion tensor volume; default: “-”

-o <nout>

output image (floating point) (string) default: “-”
