tend avg -i <nin1 nin2 ...> [-t <type>] [-o <nout>]

Average across tensor volumes. The output is the same size as the any one of the inputs. The individual tensors may be averaged in various ways.

-i <nin1 nin2 ...>

list of input diffusion tensor volumes (2 or more nrrds)

-t <type>

averaging method; default: “linear”

-o <nout>

output image (floating point) (string) default: “-”
