      rfcp - Remote file copy

      The  remote  file  I/O  copy program provides an interface to the [1mshift[0m
      remote file I/O daemon (rfiod) for transferring  files  between  remote
      and/or  local  hosts.  Each  [4mfilename[24m or [4mdirectory[24m argument is either a
      remote file name of the form:


      or a local file name (not containing the :/ character combination). The
      standard  input  is  supported  with the [1m- [22mcharacter. Then directory in
      output is not supported.

      [1m-a     [22mtells [1mrfcp [22mthat the source file is ASCII text (Windows/NT only)

      [1m-b     [22mtells [1mrfcp [22mthat the source is a binary file (Windows/NT only)

      [1m-s [4m[22msize[0m
             If specified, only [4msize[24m bytes will be copied

      [1m-v2    [22mIf specified, forces  the  RFIO  V.2  protocol.  Otherwise,  V.3
             (streaming mode) is used.

      0    Ok.
      1    Bad parameter.
      2    System error.
      3    Unknown error.
      16   Device or resource busy.
      28   No space left on device.
      196  Request killed.
      198  Stager not active.
      200  Bad checksum.
