Description
Enumerates tautomer SMILES and canonical tautomer SMILES.
Options
- -c
Canonical tautomer only
Examples
obtautomer molecule.smi > tautomers.smi
Enumerates tautomers for molecule.smi and writes them to tautomers.smi
