usage: fsl_ents: Extract component time series from a MELODIC .ica directory Usage:
fsl_ents <.ica directory> [-o outfile] <fixfile> fsl_ents <.ica directory> [-o outfile] <component> [<component> ...] fsl_ents <.ica directory> [-o outfile] [-c conffile] [-c conffile] <fixfile> fsl_ents <.ica directory> [-o outfile] [-c conffile] [-c conffile] <component> [<component> ...]
Extract component time series from a MELODIC .ica directory
positional arguments
- icadir
.ica directory to extract time series from.
- components
Component number or FIX/AROMA file specifying components to extract.
options
- -h, --help
show this help message and exit
- -o, --outfile OUTFILE
File to save time series to
- -ow, --overwrite
Overwrite output file if it exists
- -c, --conffile CONFFILE
Extra files to append to output file.
