      dpns-mkdir - make DPNS directory in the name server

      [1mdpns-mkdir [22m[[1m-m [4m[22mmode[24m] [[1m-p[22m] [4mpath[24m...

[1mDESCRIPTION[0m
      [1mdpns-mkdir [22mcreates the specified DPNS directories in the name server.

      This  requires  write permission in the parent directory.  The owner ID
      and group ID of the new directories are set  to  the  requestor's  real
      user ID and group ID, respectively.

      [4mpath[24m   specifies  the DPNS pathname.  If [4mpath[24m does not start with [1m/[22m, it
             is prefixed by the content of the  [1mDPNS_HOME  [22menvironment  vari-
             able.

      The [1mdpns-mkdir [22mcommand has the following options:

      [1m-m     [22mspecifies the mode to be used.  Default mode is 777.

      [1m-p     [22mcreates all the non-existing parent directories first.  The mode
             set for the created intermediate directories is the logical dif-
             ference between 0777 and the user umask but at least 0300.

      This  program  returns  0  if the operation was successful or >0 if the
      operation failed.
