dpns-chown - change owner and group of a DPNS directory/file in the

[1mdpns-chown [22m[[1m-h[22m] [[1m-R[22m] :[4mgroup[24m [4mpath[24m...
[1mdpns-chown [22msets the owner and/or the group of a DPNS directory/file in
the name server to the values in [4mowner[24m and [4mgroup[24m respectively.
To change the owner ID, if the group ID does not change and if the
caller and the new owner ID belong to that group, GRP_ADMIN privilege
is needed, otherwise the caller must have ADMIN privilege in the Cupv
database. To change the group ID, the effective user ID of the process
must match the owner ID of the file and the new group must be in the
list of groups the caller belong to or the caller must have ADMIN priv-
ilege in the Cupv database.
[4mowner[24m is either a valid username or a valid numeric ID.
[4mgroup[24m is either a valid group name or a valid numeric ID.
[4mpath[24m specifies the DPNS pathname. If [4mpath[24m does not start with [1m/[22m, it
is prefixed by the content of the [1mDPNS_HOME [22menvironment vari-

[1m-h [22mIf [4mpath[24m is a symbolic link, changes the ownership of the link

This program returns 0 if the operation was successful or >0 if the
