unu swap -a,--axis <axisA axisB> [-i,--input <nin>] [-o,--output <nout>]

Interchange ordering of two axes. Special case of unu-permute(1).

• Uses nrrdAxesSwap

-a <axisA axisB> , --axis <axisA axisB>

the two axes to switch (0-based numbering) (2 unsigned ints)

-i <nin> , --input <nin>

input nrrd

-o <nout> , --output <nout>

output nrrd (string); default: “-”
